Another problem found in Google Chrome. I can scroll down in my laptop touch pad scroll but can’t do the up scrolling. I can’t understand the problem. This is really very pathetic. I need this scrolling support.

For anyone who wishes to fix the issue quickly, I have released a patcher. You can download it here:

Just run chrome_patch.exe. It will patch chrome.dll to fix the issue.
